I had the most enjoyable afternoon of sissilicious heaven when Mistress decided it was time for hula hoop practice and dressed me up in the most delightful pink chiffon skirt. It was a skirt that sissy dreams are made of and I was swooning over the material as I rubbed my hand over the delicate softness before I put it on. Once on it was true sissy bliss!

After a curtsey for Mistress it was time for Hula Hoop practice. One big advantage of such a gorgeous skirt is that if the hoop drops the skirt holds its up. Mistress put her Elvis CD on and it was time to to Hula to ‘A little less conversation, a little more action’. I swung my hips for all I was worth, shaking my tush, flexing those abs but after two or three spins the hoop was resting on the skirt.

There had to be a take 2, I heard Mistress cut the atmosphere with an air swing from her Junior cane and I swung back into action. I was shaking my hips for all I was worth. Again all I could manage was two or three loops and the hoop fell down again. How do those girls do it? Take 3 and take 4 were no better. I was starting to panic, this was going to be a dismal failure.

“Not good enough” said Mistress. “You obviously have not been practicing like I told you to! This is the ideal exercise for a sissy maid in training and one I expect you to master. For the next month you will do 30 minutes practice every day.”
“Yes Mistress”
“Now Bend over!”

“Maybe a spanking will make you practice harder next time missy! I think 12 strokes of the Senior cane is in order.”
“Yes Mistress, I promise to practice harder for next time.”
